    free transport pass
    early reception closure

The hotel provided a transport pass for free travel across Geneva, making it very convenient for getting around, including a nice ride from the airport.

The reception area closes early in the evening, which can be inconvenient for late arrivals. I felt a bit lost without staff assistance when I first arrived.

The location was excellent, just a short walk away from a neo-gothic monument. The staff were attentive and had a sense of humour...

    great location
    clean rooms
    fast internet
    tiny bathroom
    inferior bedding

Stayed for two nights in a Double Room. The location stands out, right by the river and close to the train station. Easy to walk into the downtown area. The river view from my small window was refreshing, a nice touch when I opened it to let in some air. The room was generally clean, with a fast internet connection, made planning my days easier. A kettle for tea and coffee was provided, which I really appreciated. Check-in was easy with the codes given. The bathroom was very tiny was nice. The bedding also left a lot to be desired. The coverlet felt inferior and didn't match the quality of the rest of the room. Another downside was the absence of breakfast at the hotel, but there are plenty of options nearby. All in all, a decent experience, but some minor tweaks could enhance comfort greatly.

    Close to the city center

The noise and the shower is primitive and not very functional. Very small bathroom

The hotel, overlooking lake and city, was pleasant. There was a friendly lady, with fantastic english, at the front, waiting to greet us. She sent us up to our huge room, and we were able to get around the city easily from our location. And on top of that, the complimentary breakfast was nice.

The bathroom is tiny and it is in a medical building with a sketchy elevator. The room was old - not the classic Geneva old, just a little run down and unkempt.

The hotel is very central and close to the railway station. I could see the river from my room. Staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful.

The room is furnished in a very basic manner and the lighting is dull. There was a kettle and 2 teabags - no coffee or milk. It was clean and it's a shame that the owners haven't made an effort to bring the room to a better basic standard.

    convenient location
    helpful staff
    transport passes
    cramped bathroom
    limited toiletries

The location is perfect for exploring Geneva's old town and the lake, just a short stroll away. The staff were helpful, quickly arranging transport passes for my travels around the city.

    Bathroom was a bit cramped.

All necesarry services are available, location is near to main station.

The soundproofing of walls is terrible - I could hear evey move of my neighbours from both sides. It seemed that the walls were made from paper based material!

Great views over the river, spacious rooms

The bathroom is way too tiny to be comfortable. It's almost claustrophobic. Limited power points make charging devices a hassle, especially with just two outlets available. The noise from the street and thin walls disrupt sleep, as you'll hear everything from loud neighbors to slamming doors.

Very nice and helpful stuff, absolutely fantastic location, very clean room with beautiful view to the city, the breakfast was really good.

The only minus was: the mattress was too old and uncomfortable, so I couldn't sleep very well.

I needed a central hotel where I could crash and head for meetings. It is fairly priced and has a good location. Nothing fancy, good size room and basics such as free internet in place.

You get what you pay for.
